The food was lovely and the staff were friendly, would definitely go there again!

The mushroom soup was amazing, as was the pork wontons. The pea veloute was bland on the fish main and the lemon poppy pudding was a tad too sweet. The waitress was lovely, but needs more training. She did not remove the glasses from our table, as we did not use/need them. She didn't clearly explain the menu - if I was not in the industry, I would not have understood. I also had to ask for a spoon with the starter. The manager on duty was kind, but should have been taking more attention to the waitress (who seemed new). In my experience, quite evenings and Restaurant Week guests are where you usually take advantage of training your staff. The manager on duty seemed more interested in chatting with colleagues who walked past every so often.
lovely evening out, the service was excellent and the food delish.
Food was great. Service was even better.
We had a fantastic time at COPA. We went with the restaurant week menu and the standout dishes were the pork wontons and beef brisket. The atmosphere was great and the staff very friendly and attentive.
