Food was amazing! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel so welcome.
Wonderful venue, fantastic food - incredible value. Went really well with their wines. Very welcoming but also a great laid-back, relaxed vibe. Will definitely go back again.
Beautiful venue, exquisite food (had a pork belly), friendly and lovely staff.... a spot that we will visit often!
Loved every aspect of our visit. Stunning location.
Gabrielskloof was our first booking and we were curios – 5 course for R 300 – really a deal!!!
On the N2 after Botrivier to the right and we enter Gabrielskloof Wine Estate.
Welcome and service was very friendly and very attentiv.

4 courses of the served meal were very tasty and nicely arranged, the main didn't reach that standard.
For us – elderly people – the portions served were to big; half of them would have also done it.
Anyway we enjoyed our meal and it was worth the long way out.

Gabriëlskloof restaurant
The Gabriëlskloof restaurant is owned and run by Frans and Mariaan Groenewald, who have become known in the valley for their hearty, honest and refined soul food.
They are passionate about everything local and source most of their produce from neighbouring farms and villages. Keeping in tune with seasonality, the menu changes often but is always created to please all palates.
The in-house deli stocks a range of charcuterie, pastries and a selection of carefully curated, quality produce from the farm and surrounding area.
