I loved the quirky decor of Kong, Service was excellent and the food plentiful and tasty. The bathrooms deserve a special mention - they are beautifully decorated and sparkly clean

There was confusion with my online booking and the staff were initially awkward on what to do with us but the manager handled it like a pro! After eventually sitting, I enjoyed the dishes I ordered! Love the salmon/avo starter the most. The beef fillet was divine, very tender and I loved the jus it came with. I'm more of a cheesecake girl but it wasn't available so I settled for the tiramisu - it was ok only because I don't even like coffee! Overall great ambience, very mystical decor and very hands on waiter.

All 3 starters were amazing and I would definitely be happy to just have had continous supply of starters. Both the linefish and steak main was under seasoned and not my favourite cut of steak. The desserts were disappointing with fondant not gooey and the deconstructed lemon tart had too many berries and edder flow...

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

2. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation for every reservation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. Haven't received anything? Please check your spam folder.

3. I follow a special diet. Can the restaurant accommodate that?

Yes, restaurants always take dietary preferences into consideration.

You can specify your dietary requirements in the comments section of the reservation form.

4. Are drinks included in the menu price?

In most deals, drinks are not included.

However, some restaurants may offer a welcome drink or provide a wine-pairing option, and this will be clearly indicated in the restaurant's menu.

5. How can I change my reservation?

Yes, you can always cancel for free.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
