Delicious food, great service, lovely little vibey place. Will definitely be back!
Food was absolutely delicious. 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts; and not one dish was a miss. They were divine. Portion sizes are big and excellent value for money.
The waitress was friendly. Unfortunately, she was the only waitress on duty and couldn’t properly serve every table. We were one of those tables.
Atmosphere is more bar like than restaurant like.

Greeted with great smiles by Onassis who never failed us for a minute with his service. Always tentative. Then cane the food! Blown away by all the flavours. Not your average mussels! Cooked in coconut creme just bursting with flavour. Brinjal and chic pea was delicious. Got me thinking of trying to replicate this at home. Then came our mains - Japanese flatbread and chicken fajita. Totally wow! We were totally surprised by the portions. This was no “tasting menu” Gastronomical experince! Needless to say we demolished it! Washing it down with gin and craft beer as well as Onassis lovely cherry cola Drink. (anything cherry 🍒 for me) Even Onassis laughed and said we did well. Well we thought so too. we spent a few hours catching up and there was no hurry in the world to “give up your table”. At Choo Choo Junction we cavort with different flavours to bring you old favourites and new exciting dishes from all over the world. We take these delicious dishes and add our own touch. Some we picked up on our travels, others we dream of. It’s about us sharing our love for food. We use only the freshest ingredients and support our local suppliers. We love to make everything from scratch and do not use any preservatives. We slowly cook our dishes in a Wood Fired Oven or on the Grill.
