Read full reviewI felt like a 2022 Masterchef Australia judge, being served the winning Team Challenge menu :) The comments we made all evening were things like: it leaves an amazing, new taste in your mouth that comes through right at the end; most delicious, succulent chicken I have ever had; why have we never had crispy mussels done like this before; what an awesome combination of flavours in one dish; 5 courses and every one tastes totally different - love the sauces; this is what Michelin Star cooking must be like; if we were at home, I'd lick the dish :) The service is excellent and the room feels like you've been lucky enough to be invited to dinner at a friend's Country Manor. On departure, you'll be chatting about friends you would love to share this experience with next time - and sending them a message.
