Knife is a sexy new American-style smokehouse, where you can tuck into the signature smoked meats, our special ribs, tender chicken, both simple and exotic seafood, or perfectly-grilled steaks.
Restaurateur Ed Saunders and Chef Jonathan Japha (both also involved with the excellent restaurant, Fork) have created an eatery in which the ambience and the food are cosy, home-from-home, as well as simply sophisticated; a bit like New York loft meets Deep South smokehouse.
And with an open kitchen, so you can start salivating long before the food hits your table.
But for all the sophistication, there is something that’ll tempt the whole family, with a menu full of delights, from appetizers to desserts to cocktails.
In fact we’ve lavished quite a bit of attention on a special kids’ menu, as we love catering to the smaller set.
We’re also happy for you to take some Knife with you, and have devised a takeaway menu for this purpose.
The bar is custom-built for easy drinking and laid-back lounging, and also serves as the perfect perch from which to view a big game, or our classic, manly movies, while we ply you with food and drink, and pamper you with attentive, snappy service.
