A lovely restaurant and location - a busy vibe but enjoyable for a Sunday afternoon. The only problem I can find with the experience is that the pudding wasn't available I was really looking forward to tasting it. There was not a very good selection for a starter - the beetroot and feta salad was delicious but the brown rice and quinoa was awful and dry and needed loads of olive oil and balsamic vinegar to swallow. The burgers were delicious - my hubby had the cheese & bacon burger and I had the Southern Fried chicken burger and they were awesome - the chips fresh! Loved my cappucino and my hubby enjoyed his chocolate milkshake.

Very nice friendly restaurant, well worth visiting. We were treated like old friends on arrival - the Manager too was friendly and concerned that we were enjoying the food. The waitresses were attentive and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Once upon a time there was a little ribs and burgers joint that dreamed of growing up and being home to the best burgers in South Africa. That joint was called Ribs & Burgers, and that dream is turning into reality with the opening of our 4th restaurant in the trendy Neighbourhood Square.

Today we look back on those times fondly – those times when we sampled hundreds of burger patties to find just the right one, and those times when we nicked a 35-year old secret family recipe (it’s not stealing when it’s your own family) to create our flawless flame-grilled ribs. We’re still using 100% pure beef, fresh ingredients across the board, and top-notch service to deliver it all to our customers. And if our customers think we’ve got the best Neighbourhood Square food to be tasted, we’re likely to believe them.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

Yes, you can always cancel for free.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

9. What is Restaurant Week South Africa?

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
