I was very disappointed by service I was met with at the entrance, deposit was only requested upon arrival. The reservation was confirmed, and I was not contacted or told to pay for deposit prior to the arrival only to be told to pay for the deposit yet I was outside. The issue with the deposit could’ve been communicated to avoid any form of miscommunication and inconvenience.

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Food was enjoyable. There was an issue with the booking which meant having to wait at the gate,upon arrival and when it was time for the bill. Maybe that's a Dineplan issue.
Welcome drink wasn't nice,watered down Stoney. There was a bit of a wait between the starter and main,but we enjoyed the good. The service could improve, especially the guy named Brown.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

You will receive a confirmation for every reservation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. Haven't received anything? Please check your spam folder.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
