"Just to say thanks"

Being treated well, Cheryl, our waitress, was great and always had a smile on her face and kept us laughing which was really great.
The food was really good. The vegetarian starter wasn't the best, but the main meal made up for that.

THANK YOU TO CHERYL AND CHAD AND A FEW OTHER WAITERS WHO MADE US HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

"Mixed Feelings"

The restaurant did not have my booking and therefore had to make a plan for my group.
It took more than 30 minutes for our order to be taken for drinks and starter.
The mains took really long to come out. We may have waited 45 minutes.
Our waiter couldn't comment on the menu at all, he simply said that they neve...

The mean itself was lovely:
- the beetroot and goats cheese salad was refreshing
- the veal tortelloni was simply delicious
- the chocolate tart was everything I thought it would be

Overall it is a lovely setting, making for a chilled afternoon with really good food and great company. I would like to have seen some more effort, e.g have the booking as I had numerous reminders via mail and also for the waiters to know about the event or even the menu.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
