"Average meal in a mall"

The food was acceptable, but clearly not the best sushi we've had in Joburg. The ambiance is of a mall diner, ok but no view or anything special. Service was prompt and friendly.

Starting with the least impressive aspect. I expected the restaurant to be a bit bigger and perhaps outside in the square. It reminded me a bit of a typical Chinese restaurant where not much thought has gone into the decor and seating. The service was good and waiting time between courses was also great!! The food was absolutely amazing. If you enjoy sushi as much as I do I highly recommend the sushi rolls. They were out of this world. It was sushi with the Hashi twist that took plain California rolls to another level. The chocolate rolls for dessert were also a winner. Hashi went out of their way for restaurant week, even providing us with a special menu to make it easier for both the staff and customers. Really great experience and I would definitely go back for more mouth watering sushi!!!

Sushi is very good and some unusual new combo's . The crunchy salmon rolls will keep us coming back .

Although delicious food was served, the restaurant was very quiet, dark and hidden. The service was quite poor considering that there were only a handful of guests.

Great if you need some time alone, away from the noise but not ideal for a romatic dinner type setting

Our expertise in the industry come from our country of origin, Venezuela, acting as partners to and with the support of a well-known chain of fusion Japanese restaurants in Venezuela and the Caribbean. Our menu, blends ancient Japanese techniques with the exotic ingredients and flavours which characterise South American cuisine, a combination that results in an amazing new culinary experience. Included in our menu are delicious Japanese soups, mouth-watering starters, sushi rolls with more than 40 different variations to choose from as well as a variety of fascinating hotdishes created especially for non-sushi lovers.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

2. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation for every reservation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. Haven't received anything? Please check your spam folder.

3. I follow a special diet. Can the restaurant accommodate that?

4. Are drinks included in the menu price?

In most deals, drinks are not included.

However, some restaurants may offer a welcome drink or provide a wine-pairing option, and this will be clearly indicated in the restaurant's menu.

5. How can I change my reservation?

6. How can I cancel my reservation?

7. Is cancellation free?

Yes, you can always cancel for free.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

9. What is Restaurant Week South Africa?

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
