We'd all had decision trauma - mussels being my favorite normally, and the warm salad sounded different and enticing. The mushroom soup was superb! The two who had the lamb pronounced it delicious and I was delighted with my fish - wishing I had room for more of their delicious bread to soak up the last of the sauce as we'd all done with the soup.
Both dessert options were excellent - a warm chocolate and blueberries pot which I devoured and a frozen nougat which I was allowed a small taste.
All in all, one of the best Restaurant Week options I have enjoyed over the years.
What an unexpected Gem on a cool Autumn evening. We loved the whole experience and will definitely go back.

The wait staff was attentive and friendly and didn’t hover which was good.
The staters were amazing and a hit all round.
Mains were met with mixed reviews.
Dessert was a non starter sadly.
There were a few standouts namely the Mussel Starter and Mushroom Soup and most colourful Sweet Potato Salad.
All round a good experience and a 4,5/10 for the start of Restaurant Week Experience for us.

For mains we both had the rack of lamb which was cooked to perfection. Desert I had Frozen Nougat. Staff and owner were friendly and knowledgeable
We travelled to Hout Bay with some friends and had a wonderful lunch together in the garden.
The food and service were excellent, and we will definitely be back soon.
We also got to drink a very rare wine which was a bonus !
