We loved our evening at Quentin's. The service was exemplary. We weren't rushed but every time we needed assistance someone was right there. The wine we were recommended was perfect and the food was fabulous, especially the starter. To add to our experience, we had the privilege of listening to the Hungarian Trio who, in my opinion, were brilliant.
The food and service was very good, The ambiance slightly spoiled, in our view, by a trio, who visited each table to serenade up close, not our cup of tea! It made conversation difficult for us anyway.
Wines pricey, they charge one quarter of the wine bottle price for a glass, which wasn't 180ml or so!. However overall a good evening.
We had a fantastic time at Quentin at Oakhurst. The food is great, the service is spot on and the decor add to the experience. As a bonus, there was an Hungarian trio playing beautifully. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

WE ALSO WAITED 35 MIN FOR PUDDING

I do hope this restaurant does well and Cape Town supports this master chef. We hope to be back soon.
