The venue is quite pleasant - a boutique hotel - and the service was good and food was definitely high quality with some high points - the chicken lollipop, the pork belly's chocolaty soy sauce topping etc. But some of the dishes (e.g. the vegetable tempura) were a bit plain however, and the background music (kenny G and best of american music from the 1980s) was a bit annoying.
Compliments to the chefs for the delicious and tasty dishes .
Ambience is perfect and there is wonderful and friendly staff .
Tatenda was an excellent host , friendly and welcoming .
Our will recommend to friends and family . I will return soon for lunch .
The staff is friendly and attentive. Lovely tranquil setting. Exquisite food. Seafood handled delicately and the scallop dish was superb.
The first 3 courses were spectacular! An incredible experience. Sadly the dessert was a huge let down and felt like it was an afterthought. It was like eating from two different restaurants.
We will most certainly be back as the experience as a whole, was wonderful.
