From the moment we entered to when our food arrived! Everything was done with the utmost of care. The setting was beautiful and most of all our waiter, Tapiwa was so knowledgeable and attentive. 10 star night!
The service was really remarkable. Tapiwa was so great and knowledgeable and comfortable and easy with how he engaged. One of the best waiters I have ever had. The restaurant manager was also very attentive. As where other staff. I rated therefore the service as 5 star.

The food was delicious. Loved the spinach salad with prawns especially. The pudding was also delicious as was the steak. Overall a wonderful combination of flavours cooked very well.
Ambience was lovely too - very nice decor, in some ways would prefer a more intimate dining experience but understand this is a hotel setting. Lighting was lovely as was music.
Would definitely visit again.
Our Nobu experience was something special and different.

That being said, I left there extremely happy and with a resounding promise to return very soon! The restaurant itself is beautiful, extremely elegantly designed. The front of house service was perfect and the food...oh my goodness. I found myself sitting multiple times with eyes closed, savouring the flavours and textures. We had the 6 course set menu - the dishes built on one another, each one a little heavier than the one before, a little more interesting and a little more aromatic. It was like riding the elevator to heaven. I have to say that to me the dish of the night was the tempura kingklip. Beautifuly crisp fish, sweet and juicy watermelon and a tangy vinegary dressing that I sipped out of the bowl without shame. All-in-all an amazing dinner with the perfect portion sizes that leaves you satisfied but not overwhelmed. Nobu, you will definitly be seeing me again VERY soon!!

A sweeping fan-like staircase leads to the 104 seat dining area and sushi counter, which is framed by a textured, translucent origami light that glides along the ceiling. The upper-level Nobu Lounge features a selection of Sakes including Japanese beer and Shochu based cocktails.
