The butternut tart was different and unusual with an excellent melding of flavours. Easily my favourite restaurant in the area.
Perfect evening at Jardine with friends visiting from UK and France. Faultless service and amazing food. Highly recommended.

Restaurant Jardine was founded by George & Louise Jardine in 2016.
Since 2022 the Restaurant is co-owned and managed by Executive Chef Hilde-Lee Olivier who has worked at Jardine since 2018.
