Very disappointing experience. It's a restaurant I've been keen to visit and saw Restaurant Week as a good opportunity to do so.
After we were seated we received a Restaurant Week Dinner menu even though we were there for lunch. I asked the waiter how it works and was told that the menu is the same, but portions are just smaller and we could choose an option from all 3 courses.
After having our selected starter we ordered our mains. A fee minutes later a "manager" arrives to tell us that we can't have what we ordered as those are only dinner options. He brings us the "lunch menu" and says we can choose off that. We were then informed that we can only have 2 courses and since we already had the starter, we can choose between a main or dessert. What annoyed me is I had specifically asked about it and was told a different story. No real apologies from anyone. Felt like their restaurant week offering and patrons were just a pain for them.
The food was good but the experience was terrible. Attitude allround wasn't great. Won't be going back there in a hurry
