For the large group we were, we had a very pleasant experience. Both staff and management were extremely accommodating, helping and pleasant!

Tempo is more of a lounge/club than a restaurant. The food was good with decent portions, except for the octopus starter which was literally two nibbles. Our first choice of wine was unavailable, so we had to settle.

The first red flag was being searched at the door, I knew then that we might have chosen unwisely. The seco was the very young lady who welcomed us at reception to show us to our table.
What was most disappointing was that my wife and I dressed up to celebrate our anniversary but a lot of the other pstrons were dressed in short pants and were very casual.
The place itself is classy and beautifully decorated, but all that is quickly wiped away by the lack of dress code and the hubbly smoke. I could tell that the waiters are trained and courteous, but they have adopted the casualness of the patrons.
The food is really good - well plated and great variety.
Unfortunately, service and ambience let them down. The place looks like its run down and not well taken care off. It smells like a club and not a restaurant. Also the waiters seem like they are still learning on the job.
