The food, service and atmosphere at Level Four is very good. I had a butternut tart for starter which was absolutely lovely. The palate cleanser were also quite good. My favorite dish was the main I had the line fish with butternut, sweet potato, mussels, shrimps and clam which was so divine. My partner had the tuna tartare and rib eye which he also enjoyed. All in all, it made sense why Level Four was on winners edition.

A cosy spot for our wintery night dinner. We booked under the restaurant week special. Food and service were excellent with the additions of an breads, butters, amuse bouche and palette cleansers.

To start we had the ham hock terrine and butternut tart. I must admit the butternut tart surprised me, it could have been a dessert. A spongy texture of cake like butternut servered with creme fraiche and citrus fruits, delicious. Mains were the linefish, rib eye and pork. All plated well and delicious. The sauce on the linefish was divine, the barracunda was not the best fish but sauce makes up for it. Rib eye cooked to order and served simple with mash and mushroom sauce. Pork selection were different cuts of pork and was good.

To end a play on a after dinner mint, the mint pannacotta and dark chocolate sorbet was delicate and light. The creme brulee served with berries was just as yum.

Wine selection by the glass and bottle is available as well as cocktails to add to a wonderful dining experience.

We were welcomed warmly, even as we approached on the street. Everything was really lovely, except the ambience. I missed a more romantic lighting and as I was seated facing the western wall, I had nothing to look at behind my partner.
