I have nothing to complain about, my expectations were exceeded. Level 4 is a very warm and intimate place and their cuisine was out of this world. I am very happy to have experienced my first restaurant week with them.

Was very impressed with the look and feel of the restaurant and the service was impeccable, friendly and efficient at the same time.

The food was definitely on a different level, every thing was well made and complimented each other brilliantly, the vegetarian starter of butternut tart and orange being one of the tastiest dishes i have ever had, the only let down was the pork belly main where there was some pork crackling on the plate that didn't belong there, it tasted as if it came from a cheap pub's snack bowl, being overly salty and not very palatable, but I could easily just ignore it and enjoy the rest of the plate of food.

Thank you Level 4 for a great meal and wonderful service, really enjoyed our dinner out.

"Level Four - a little more attention to special requests"

Overall a good evening - however in my reservation I had put a special note for 'No nuts' but the first three dishes all had nuts. Fortunately, I don't have a nut allergy so no hard was done.

The dessert was a little disappointing.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

4. Are drinks included in the menu price?

5. How can I change my reservation?

Yes, you can always cancel for free.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
