Fantastic experience. Food was very well prepared quite tasty n filling. Whiskey ordered late into dinner was underwhelming tasted different to single malt ordered. Otherwise food here is good.

Big Easy is a beautifully appointed yet relaxed venue for a night out as a couple or with friends and family. Food is good; service was great. Only disappointment was that restaurant week menu did not accommodate a non-dairy eater in spite of advance warning in reservation. The kitchen did try to make amends by cooking without butter, but then proceeded to include cream, so my partner's meal was delayed. This was disappointing on one of our few nights out in the year. Overall, it was a good experience, but some attention to detail would make this restaurant even better.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
