Our waiter Emmanuel was super fantastic! His recommendations was excellent and the dishes was delicious! The starter was a flavor surprise and really something else to my tastebuds. The main meal melted light butter in my mouth and was quite a generous portion. The wine paired with the dishes just enhanced the whole experience.

From the minute you are welcomed at the lift on the 6th floor, you know you're in for a special afternoon. The staff are friendly and very professional.

Our choice consisted of the 2 course option. William made the beef fillet sound so delicious that we all opted for this. It was truly delicious on a bed of porcini risotto. We then had the chocolate dessert option and the cheese board. Again presentation and attention to detail were outstanding.

We were invited to spend some time on the pool deck for an afternoon drink. Wow!! I wish I could spend just one night at this amazing hotel. 360 degree views of the whole of Cape Town on a beautiful clear day. We just did not want to leave at all.

The Silo Hotel offers a wide range of dining experiences in Cape Town. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert and her team have crafted a number of casual and contemporary menus that include lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, bar snacks and a wonderful Sunday Roast. Chef Veronica believes in good, honest and approachable food that showcases seasonal and local ingredients.

Relax after work in The Willaston Bar and enjoy a selection of bar snacks. The Granary Café offers a more formal dining experience while The Silo Rooftop is the ideal spot for a sunset cocktail or a casual lunch.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
