Read full reviewThe food was amazing,We had went for the winners special edition,being the first time we've visited the restaurant we were extremely excited ,taking into consideration we decided to celebrate our anniversary and the end of year final exams. From the starter to the dessert we loved the food. However the service we received didn't match up to the food. I had paid in advance which was only because it was a surprise for my partner and i didn't want any obligation when it came to payment,as if i didn't he would've and i didn't want that. So once the night was approaching the end we asked for the bill and the difference being the drinks which was R100 we had tipped R50 this being the total R150,and R700 which was already paid before we arrived to the restaurant.
We asked to be moved from our place as we were seated on the side opposite to the kitchen and close to the entrance near the wine room,which wasn't possible which is understandable because they were busy, we then asked for our chairs to be replaced as the ones we were seated on was a tad bit uncomfortable. It was after 15 Mins. The service wasn't brilliant but we just wanted to enjoy the night because we had looked forward to it!
No complains were made as we were quite upset and just wanted to leave.
The FOOD was amazing and out of this world,I will recommend that! But With the regards to service,i would love to revisit however i will give that a second thought!
Delicious starter. Mains were well done and incredibly satisfying. Dessert was great. And they top up it with a closing snack. Overall amazing dinner and great service
Dined with my hubby and daughter. It was a surprise treat for us from my hubby. Everything was fabulous. What a memorable experience. Stunning decor! Such a knowledgeable, interesting and experienced waiter, Armani. Thank you. We will be back for certain!
Our favourate restaurant in Durban , and again they did not disappoint !
Amazing tasting experience with the 3 course meal. Cocktails were exceptionally good too. The wait staff service was great but it seems the restaurant doesn't quite know what its vibe should be.
