We had an excellent experience. We were completely unsure about what wine to order and the option to have a wine tasting with our meal was a fantastic one. The food was excellent. The service from Shannon and the entire layout with our names on the menu and on the table really made the experience feel custom and personalized. We ordered the lamb and both desserts. We definitely recommend the mousse! We finished off the experience with coffees (not part of the price) and everything was lovely.

We had a lovely lunch at Nederburg. The setting outside is beautiful, and the food was delicious. Perfectly cooked lamb and fish main dishes. Would recommend. Our waiter, Ivhan, was such an excellent host and server - one of the best we had on our trip of the winelands.

The Manor at Nederburg

Don’t miss out on a visit to Nederburg’s beautifully revamped restaurant, The Manor, in Paarl, where the emphasis is on authentic, nostalgic food experiences featuring simple yet hearty dishes with a touch of heritage.

Generous picnics for relaxed enjoyment in the sprawling garden are also on offer, as are breakfasts, light lunches and superb cheese and charcuterie platters. Sunday lunches are served family-style to the table, perfect for sharing.

The gorgeous bar serves up award-winning wines, innovative cocktails (including non-alcoholic options), as well as delicious coffee and hot chocolate drinks.

Various wine tasting options are also on offer, including sampling of carefully cellared older vintage wines.

Special themed dinners take place on the last Saturday of the month.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

4. Are drinks included in the menu price?

In most deals, drinks are not included.

5. How can I change my reservation?

Yes, you can always cancel for free.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
