Did the set menu for restaurant week. The mussel starter and salmon main really didn't have much flavour. The Boqueria Arancini starter was delicious

The remarkable service was as wonderful as ever. Over and above the amazing food, the incredible staff push La Boqueria to a whole other level and their friendliness, care to detail and service ethic is what separates this place and makes it such a special spot. Most notably the hostesses and charming manager and sommelier. As always Suki, Candy and Captain were delightful and welcoming, this is what hospitality is about! My Restaurant Week staple, can't miss, for every season, hands down.
Dessert options were decadent and lovely, arancini and mussel starters were yummy 😋
Absolutely stunning and vibey restaurant, the food is delicious!

About La Boqueria
Cuisine: Spanish
JOBURG'S BEST HISPANIC RESTAURANT
La Boqueria, situated in Parktown North, is an iconic eatery with sublime food and décor to match. The Hispanic-style restaurant makes you feel as though you’re sitting bar-side in Barcelona – complete with lazily spinning ceiling fans, hanging macramé plants, lush greenery and on-trend furnishings. It’s a treat for the senses and the taste buds.
LA BOQUERIA IS OURÂ LOVEÂ LETTER TO HISPANIC FOOD
The menu encapsulates delicious Hispanic market-style food which leans towards sharing and feasting. From healthy Peruvian ceviche to Mexican tacos and Argentinian inspired asado, where dishes like lamb picanha and beef fillet kabobs are cooked over coals. The sharing plates for feasting include paellas, which are slow-cooked, in a traditional hearth for a delicious, smoky flavour, and sustainable whole fish from our coal oven.
