Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Food was good and tasty. I really enjoyed the chicken liver parfait to start. The seafood bisque was delicious and is worth a trip to the restaurant. Service was understated but attentive. We will be back.
Very good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Pity it's closing down soon but look forward to the new restaurant that opens in August.
Good food and great value !
The starters and warm dishes were delicious! dessert was well executed, but the cake of the deconstructed carrot cake was a bit bland.
A wonderful dining experience with excellent elevated views across the Stellenbosch vineyards.
A wonderful, relaxing afternoon under the trees. The chicken pate was delicious (wish restaurants would give you more bread to spread it on), the pork belly (very small piece!) was just on the right side of barbecue and the salad refreshing, and the choux buns (a lot of them!) were perfect to finish the meal.

It is our long-held view that great wines taste their best with good food, and whenever possible in good company. We like to think that Longtable is all of this and more. You will find a concise but creative wine list comprising Haskell and Dombeya wines, as well as a few mystery, limited-release imported wines, to satisfy those looking for a touch of adventure in their dining experience.
