Believe is a lovely warm place with both inside and outside seating. We had the restaurant week menu. The pork belly with chorizo and calamari was a delightful combination of flavours and the duck pate with cranberry (?) jam was plentiful and flavourful. Mains were Duck confit with a salsa verde and red cabbage. This was a new twist on balancing flavours for a confit and almost worked but for the absence of a sweeter jus to bind the two and to keep the duck moist. The moules were served in a tasty broth with celery and lime with veiled bread and a mustard mayo. Both dishes were tasty and flavourful. Orange and aMarula Crème brûlée was a splendid end to the meal.
Highly recommend for the creative but home style cooking and friendly staff. A complimentary wine list provides ideal pairings and the pourings per glass are generous!

Great little restaurant hidden away in Blairgowrie! All three courses were fantastic. Will definitely go there again to see what delights are on the menu. Well done!

Bringing back some of the same French classics much loved in Parkhurst to a new neighbourhood. Situated in the leafy suburb of Blairgowrie our new restaurant offers the same attention to provenance and quality of ingredients. Serving up wholesome casual fare in a relaxed environment.

An open expansive space with outside and inside seating built up off the road for increased safety and security. Watch the chefs in our completely open kitchen cook up a storm.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
