We had a good time, food excellent, Valley Rose wine very nice. Service was a little slow, go with enough time. Waiters very friendly.
The starters were delicious and the pork belly main dish was the star dish of the day. I did not enjoy the cauliflower as it was hard and very under cooked. The aubergine dish was ok but a lot of tomato. The dessert was not a cheesecake and was a heavy chocolate slice with a very hard base and the churros lacked flavor.
The food is excellent- tasty, well-presented and perfectly portioned. Service was impeccable.
Pink Valley was exceptionally busy for lunch the day we went. It was buzzing. The new menu was fantastic. We can recommend the duck liver terrine, the spinach and mozzarella balls, the pork belly, and the involtini (really outstanding). We think the wine list would be enhanced by some other wines from other vineyards in the area.
Will definitely visit again
