My family and I cannot stop raving about the service, atmosphere, aesthetic and particularly the food. Every flavourful morsel consumed tantalized our tastebuds. I even got a “bottle service-esque” surprise with sparklers on my dessert to celebrate my achievement. The Grill Jichana has easily become one of my top 5 restaurants.

The Grill Jichana, located at Southern Sun Rosebank, boasts robust flavours of the African East Coast spice route complementing succulent cuts of meat, chicken and fish creating the essence of ‘eating good’ or Jichana in Swahili slang. The perfect venue for lunch, dinner or afternoon drinks soaking up the Rosebank view from the terrace.

Dishes are created with flair, flavoured with fragrant cassia, cardamom, turmeric and other heady spices and prepared using the freshest ingredients.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
