Bad customer services, the place is just over rates.
I booked a table for my birthday experience via restaurant week , everything was confirmed. when we get to the venue were very disappointed there was not table reserved for us , they tried to squeeze us in between two tight table which did not have space at all...

I booked a table for my birthday experience via restaurant week , everything was confirmed. when we get to the venue were very disappointed there was not table reserved for us , they tried to squeeze us in between two tight table which did not have space at all, they made us sit in a bar while we are awaiting for them to set us table for us, the table did not even come with a proper set up , no cutlery , no wine glasses, they were fetching everything from the kitchen as per our request. This made our experience extremely bad and horrible as a results we ended up not even enjoying the food. This was our bad experience for a good top rated restaurant, I will never recommend this restaurant to others including my family members
What an amazing experience, beautiful, tranquil setting, delicious beautifully presented meals, spoilt rotten. Incredible staff and management, going beyond the call of duty! Manager made it so personal making special note of our name. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRAMBLES!

I had the restaurant week menu & my partner ordered a la carte. Service and food was impeccable! Dessert was not the best, but after starters and mains this was a forgivable imperfection.
The drinks / wine list could do with some more variety though, it's very limited & pricey.
Our server was truly the most enigmatic and welcoming host. I'm returning based on this factor alone ๐
