The food was very tasty and they served generous portions. The atmosphere was relaxed and they had really nice music in the background.

This is a vibey, trendy restaurant situated inside the Mint Hotel in Sandton. This restaurant is not really suitable for family dining as the music was a bit too loud to conduct a conversation but the food was good (especially the fillet - it was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection), portions were very decent and we were given a complimentary board with bread and olives/tomatoes/chillies which was very good. It was an enjoyable evening.

In keeping with Pablo’s ethos of family and community at its heart, the menu brims with sharing styles, breakfast and lunch mezze and small plates offerings, pizza and Middle Eastern inspired tacos while wood-fired grills are on offer from lunch and dinner.

The décor at Pablo at The Mint Hotel has a signature colour palate of teal and rust, pressed ceilings and layout which combines intimate lower banquet seating and more social bar height tables. Pablo restaurant embraces al-fresco dining with the inside flowing out to the patio and onto the hotel’s pool terrace with a sparkling view.
