The food was out of this world, I picked a three course meal for my friend and I. Kevin the waiter was patient and went an extra mile for our requests. I will definitely go back.

We had a lovely evening at The 11th Floor for their 3 course fine dining experience. The food was mouthwatering, the atmosphere immaculate, the drinks were amazing and the service from Allen was exceptional. I highly recommend the restaurant to everyone!

The ambience at this restaurant is top notch, the violin player and dj made a great combination, the food from starter, to main to dessert, awesome. Our waitor Allen, the best, even brought us extra dessert with a note written "Happy Anniversary", he's the best. 11th Floor, we are coming back.

Antonio Iozzo, a first-gen Italian South African, discovered his passion for all things Italian from his traditional upbringing. He embraced art, history, and especially food, drawn to pizza-making like dough to knuckles. At 15, he joined a pizzeria, then pursued hotel school. Despite a failed restaurant venture, Antonio found success in insurance, construction, and health industries.

Fate rekindled his dream when he met chef Kyle Marshall in 2021. This led to The 11th Floor, a renowned Italian rooftop restaurant in Bedfordview. The restaurant's essence was born from Antonio's ability to spot talent and the perfect alignment of circumstances, including a completed building with an ideal rooftop space.

Frequently asked questions

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

2. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation for every reservation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. Haven't received anything? Please check your spam folder.

3. I follow a special diet. Can the restaurant accommodate that?

Yes, restaurants always take dietary preferences into consideration.

You can specify your dietary requirements in the comments section of the reservation form.

4. Are drinks included in the menu price?

In most deals, drinks are not included.

However, some restaurants may offer a welcome drink or provide a wine-pairing option, and this will be clearly indicated in the restaurant's menu.

5. How can I change my reservation?

7. Is cancellation free?

Yes, you can always cancel for free.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

9. What is Restaurant Week South Africa?

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
