The host was very professional when he took us to our seat and very helpful when we wanted to move to another table. He even started clearing the table to speed things up. However when he brought us the menu, he was not aware that we were doing restaurant week so it seems booking did not specify. Then there was another lady also dressed in black who might have been an hostess who brought us the restaurant week menu. She was also very helpful and professional. However the waiters were terrible, no where to be found. We had to order drinks and food with the host and the other lady when they came to ask if we have been helped. We had several waiters (one of them being Tamara) coming to bring the food and they never bothered checking up if we needed something else. They had a kids menu which was great but no smaller cutlery to accommodate children. Even my niece commented how can she get such a big spoon when she is so small...she was struggling to fit the spoon in her mouth! The waiters were not friendly at all, no smile, no greetings nothing!!! and the glass they brought me was slightly dirty at the bottom . Again the food was divine as expected but was really disappointed by the waiters and also at the fact that they were not promoting restaurant week at all.

Read full reviewWe arrived towards the end of the Springbok's rugby match against New Zealand. As a result we were the only couple in the restaurant. But we were made to feel extremely welcome. I must commend Thozama on her excellent service - done with a quiet serenity but efficiently and with a ready smile. The management were also very attentive and were very keen to hear our opinions on the three courses so that they may improve. The food was really good and the meal well balanced. An overall excellent experience. Thank you all.
Great restaurant with a fantastic view! Service is also nice and friendly
