We love Coobs and the Restaurant Week menu this April was no exception. Everything was fresh and tasty and flavourful. Portion sizes were generous and all of us left the restaurant discussing the dishes and our favourite elements. It was a lovely day and we sat out on the covered stoep - thoroughly delightful. Great work, team!
Coobs offers a cozy environment, friendly and attentive staff and delicious food.
The crispy squid starter is excellent as is the duck breast.
I would definitely recommend going for dinner, it's suitable to go there for dates or family affairs, or just dinner with friends.
Very happy to have come across Coobs through Restaurant week

WE enjoyed a meal together as friends for restaurant week. The choice of courses were great. We particularly enjoyed the Roast Pork belly. The wine pairing was perfect. A great evening was had by all.
What a great experience. The staff was so welcoming. The restaurant is so nice and cosy. Food was amazing. The desert was out of this world. I would recommend this spot for anyone.

About Coobs
Coobs
Coobs is a eclectic contemporary bistro set in the bustling fourth ave in parkhurst in a new centre, its modern architecture goes well with the look and feel presented at Coobs. Coobs sources their produce from local suppliers and organic farms to create unique modern bistro-style food. Close to 75% of ingredients come from our organic farm ‘Brightside’ in the Magaliesburg. The farm has been part of Chef James Diack’s family for more than 20 years and is now the main source for his food. “We grew up on that farm; I was a city boy in the week and a farm child on the weekend, wrecking everything in my dirt-biking path.” It is such a pleasure to know where one’s food is coming from, to be able to trace it to its roots and thats what us at Coobs care about so deeply. Everything from vegetables and herbs to pork, lamb and wild boar is free-range and organic.
