Menu items seem a bit pricey, but the food was outstanding! There were only minor glitches. . .the crackling on the Pork belly was not "crackled" ie not crispy neither was the duck breast skin nice and crispy. . .a pity, but luckily it did not detract from the yumminess of both dishes.

My husband started with the Arrancini (rice balls) and they were absolutely stunning!! Will order them again.
I had the Calamari which I really liked, but not as good as my husbands starter.
We then both had the beef fillet. We loved it!!! My medium rare perfect, my husbands rare perfect.
We had our meal with a nice bottle of Saronsberg.
A great experience! We will most definitely be back!!!
We visited Zest Bistro for the first time during Restaurant Week and wasn't really sure what exactly to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing food that was served from starters right through to desserts. The amount of flavour and flavour combinations in each dish was amazing. We will definitely visit Zest Bistro again and looking forward to join one of their wine tasting evenings.
Friendly chef and waiters. Fantastic menu - we could choose from the normal menu, no limited restaurant week menu. Food and wine pairings were amazing. Thanks Sidney and team for a wonderful evening.
Great food. Would have loved to know more about ingredients used before ordering - more descriptive information.

About Zest Bistro
Zest Bistro
Zest Bistro is the creation of (husband & wife team) Sidney & Anchen Cousins. Established November 2002 (10 years) we have made lots of new clients, who in the end became our friends, and it is thanks to all who have supported us, that Zest has survived through the worst & best of times. Our food is staight forward, Bistro Style, unpretencious with the emphasis on fresh produce. The menu is an ongoing changing affair with certain items changing every 5 weeks. Our wine list is short and boasts our favourite estates and wines.
