But even it couldn't redeem the general confusion in reception, welcome and seating offered by various staff: the maitre delayed too long to receive me at the pavement entrance-I was first to arrive, a woman on her own-and even after being notified of my booking and the guest I was expecting did not offer or take me to my table. I took the opportunity to make a few calls on the pavement chaise used by smokers and those waiting to be seated. The waiter who rescued me upon my re-entry disappeared soon after he'd led me to a table at the back behind the waiters' station. The owner manager arrived to give his personal welcome and a sheet of paper with the dinner menu but he muddled up the number of people in our booking and was adamant that he must be correct because we were the only group expected for Restaurant Week that evening, last Saturday 29 October 2016! Another waiter helped to move me to a better location in the front. And just as I was expecting him to get the drinks order he disappeared too before another waiter, Lucas, emerged to explain that he'd be attending our table as it was within his section! For our starters my girlfriend gave thumbs up for the mussels but my brinjals were overlooked and drowned in the tomato sauce-a hot mess of a presentation! Our mains were well freshly prepared and cooked but not well presented another hot mess! I had the pasta and my friend had the chicken both of which were drowned in their respective tomato and mushroom sauces!
We had an awesome time and will definitely go again. The Food and Service was off the best quality.
Will definitely return. Service was on point and food delicious. Also good selection of drinks.

It was delicious. I began with the minestrone, probably one of the best I have had. For mains I had the spinach and goats cheese risotto, so tasty and fresh. For dessert I had the trio of dessert Nutella Tiramisu (my favourite), the pannacotta and choc mousse which were yummy. The rest of our table ordered pasta, pizza and grilled chicken breast. Everyone was so happy with what they ordered. Portions were generous. Wonderful attentive but not intrusive service from the manager and waiter. Can't wait to go back.
We had a lovely lunch, service was excellent and the food was good. will definitely go again.
