The chef and waiters were exceptional, they wen't above and beyond the initial menu and offered us extra stuff. will definitely go back.

We had a great food and wine paring at The Green Peppercorn. All three courses were done as tasting platters with very generous portion sizes. Starters was made up of four different starters, mains was five which you could tailor make to suit your own tastes and dessert was again four different ones on a platter. It was a nice surprise that the mains included wines to match your selection. The service was excellent and each item on the platters was explained in detail. We could have had more info on the wines. As it was a Sunday the restaurant was very quiet so lacked ambience. All three courses were well presented and very tasty. I would definitely go back again.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

Yes, you can always cancel for free.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
