We went to COPA restaurant for my birthday with friends. We had a lovely dinner and time. The food was wonderful, with great service. We enjoyed the complimentary aperitif that was served.
Jimmy our waiter was very knowledgeable and a great addition to to the experience.
I can only advise going to COPA during the restaurant week!

On Friday night Hubby and I had a date night at Copa which is the restaurant situated inside the Pepperclub Hotel in Cape Town.
Everything was amazing, from start to finish. Our waiter was Jim and he was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of our meal the Chef also came around to ask if we were happy with our food.
The restaurant managers were also available to assist where they could.
The food was very tasty and the combinations worked well. The smoky flavors were just right and not too over powering. Loved the idea of coffee smoked. The deserts were sweet but not too sweet. Portion sizes were also on par. I recommend Copa with confidence and can't fault them in any way. Well done, alot of restaurants could learn from you. We will most certainly be back.

The entire evening was amazing. The service was incredibly respectful and attentive. The food was phenomenal. Every course had impeccable attention to detail, simply tasted superb and honestly could not be faulted. I'll definitely be going back.

Although the restaurant was very quiet, the service was outstanding and the food simply delicious. We were treated so well by Jimmy and the team and look forward to visiting again soon.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
