Amazing taste experience at Choo Choo Junction - I have always wanted to check out Choo Choo Junction, but never got to it. To date this was one of the best Restaurant week experiences for me. The food was absolutely amazing. Great service. The ambiance in the restaurant was lovely. I also really enjoyed the background 90s R n B music. I will definitely be a regular at Choo Choo Junction.

Since we visited Choo Choo Junction last year during Restaurant Week last year we have visited them again. This was the fifth visit and all have been good. They are a little bit out of our usual stomping ground, but certainly worth the extra miles to get there and home again.

My first experience with restaurant week at Choo Choo Junction was amazing! The waiter was helpful and served our every needs. the food was excellent and well cooked in spite of a full house. My sons and I will be visiting often.
The atmosphere was good and staff friendly. Thank you!

A bit of a bar, a bit of a restaurant, taking you on a journey around the world. We are the perfect venue for parties. Enjoy a themed party: 1920 Speakeasy/Steampunk/80’s Rock ‘n Roll or a Country Taste Destination.

At Choo Choo Junction we cavort with different flavours to bring you old favourites and new exciting dishes from all over the world. We take these delicious dishes and add our own touch. Some we picked up on our travels, others we dream of. It’s about us sharing our love for food. We use only the freshest ingredients and support our local suppliers. We love to make everything from scratch and do not use any preservatives. We slowly cook our dishes in a Wood Fired Oven or on the Grill.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

2. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation for every reservation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. Haven't received anything? Please check your spam folder.

3. I follow a special diet. Can the restaurant accommodate that?

Yes, restaurants always take dietary preferences into consideration.

You can specify your dietary requirements in the comments section of the reservation form.

4. Are drinks included in the menu price?

In most deals, drinks are not included.

However, some restaurants may offer a welcome drink or provide a wine-pairing option, and this will be clearly indicated in the restaurant's menu.

5. How can I change my reservation?

No problem.

6. How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation from the confirmation email: Click on 'Manage Reservation' in the email and then click on the 'Cancel Reservation' button. 7. Is cancellation free?

Yes, you can always cancel for free.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

9. What is Restaurant Week South Africa?

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
