La Petite Colombe was absolutely wonderful, from the friendly service to the beautiful location and the food... there was not a single course I didn’t love! Each dish just built on the one before it to create one harmonious, flavour-packed experience.
This was the most amazing dining adventure. The food was amazingly presented and delicious. The venue is well decorated with breathtaking views and the service was excellent. We just wished we could have had more of each course because it was delightful.

Clearly, the Leeu Estate is very committed to Scott Kirton’s team, this is a very impressive, customised building. Sadly, we were only one of three tables for lunch however, they were sold out over the coming weekend. A generous welcome from all the staff was followed by our introduction to the menu by the head chef, John Norris-Rogers. It’s always great to meet the chef, an opportunity to ask foodie questions and get their vibe. We had the Reduced Menu which at 7 courses was still, very extensive. La Colombe is my favourite restaurant, as a result, you know what to expect at LPC. The food is exemplary, it is imaginative, innovative, balanced, artistic, theatrical and, most importantly, very tasty. My wife’s veggie menu was, equally, appealing, as it should be, as it’s the same price! A highlight from my menu is hard to pick, however, the coin toss would be between the surf and turf of duck with prawn and the lamb dish, both spectacular. For me wife, far easier, the strawberry dessert was “the best I’ve ever eaten”! We have shared some of the finest tables in the world together, don’t think this is anything but the highest praise. A wonderful occasion and experience. Happy days, yummy food!
Simply put of this world experience! Next level...can not recommend it highly enough! Unforgettable!

Having chosen the vegetarian tasting menu, I was not left feeling like it was an afterthought, not even for a moment, as is often the case with special dietary requirement meals. The chef is truly masterful and the staff are extremely knowledgable, welcoming and attentive. This was a fine dining experience that will always be remembered and left me eager to return. Having dined at La Colombe previously, I can say that its' sister restaurant does not fall short by comparison in any way.

About La Petite Colombe
Cuisine: Fine Dining, Vegetarian
“A meal at La Petite Colombe restaurant is like doing the tango with a stranger. You enter the dance floor uncertain of what to expect, and when the music stops at the end, you are left breathless and speechless. And when words are not enough, only a hearty applause will do. I am clapping loudly right now..”
