Reserved a table for 2 for lunch at this restaurant yesterday. The atmosphere was nice and chilled. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, we were checked on the regular by all that were passing. With regards to the food, the beetroot and feta salad was absolutely delicious, the guinoa/ rice salad unfortunately just tasted like cold rice with mint(definitely not for me).The burgers were also done to perfection, with the patties juicy, the buns fresh and the lettuce crispy. Really wish it had come with chips tho. Felt abit sad that it didn't arrive with chips and we were not told prior (a burger just ain't a burger without chips). For dessert I opted for a brownie, which was absolutely Devine, our waitress was kind enough to provide me with half ice cream and half fresh cream. We opted to take one of the desserts home as one of us is weak and we were stuffed already. It was nicely packaged. Above all this restaurant has a nice vibe, our preferences were taken into account and we were treated well. As walking out, I always judge an establishment by asking myself will I return? And for this place, I definitely will!

Once upon a time there was a little ribs and burgers joint that dreamed of growing up and being home to the best burgers in South Africa. That joint was called Ribs & Burgers, and that dream is turning into reality with the opening of our 4th restaurant in the trendy Neighbourhood Square.

Today we look back on those times fondly – those times when we sampled hundreds of burger patties to find just the right one, and those times when we nicked a 35-year old secret family recipe (it’s not stealing when it’s your own family) to create our flawless flame-grilled ribs. We’re still using 100% pure beef, fresh ingredients across the board, and top-notch service to deliver it all to our customers. And if our customers think we’ve got the best Neighbourhood Square food to be tasted, we’re likely to believe them.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

9. What is Restaurant Week South Africa?

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
