I thought I misheard our host upon arrival when she said "Welcome home" but after the beautiful evening, it indeed felt like home.
The main course dish of samp with sugar beans served with shortribs took me on a childhood nostalgia journey. The intimacy of the space and the level of care and warm smiles from staff members were highly appreciated.

Our experience was really great. The waiter was always on hand to offer great service. The food was divine and they definitely went out of their way to make this dining experience unforgettable. Compliments to the the entire team. This has definitely become a new favorite

What a stunning intimate venue. The service here was immaculate, we had the set restaurant week menu and thoroughly enjoyed the food - the ravioli starter was amazing! We had a tour of the venue and so much richness in everything, the deco is stylish & timeless and so are the stories behind the history of the restaurant/hotel. There was a live band on the night we went, although beautiful- their sound was slightly too loud, it could have been reduced a bit for a better experience.

In memory of his love for food, our fine dining restaurant serves as a tribute to his favourite dishes as previously prepared by his long-time personal chef, Xoliswa Ndoyiya.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

You will receive a confirmation for every reservation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. Haven't received anything? Please check your spam folder.

Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
