I would also tone down the rose essence in the Crème Brûlée, as it was overly rich and left an aftertaste in your mouth. It reminded me of an Indian sweet burfi. That pistachio ice cream was delightful, but combined with the Crème Brûlée i felt it was lost.
The flavors on starters and mains were well balanced, juicy, and delicious. I will definitely revisit.
