We had a superb meal during restaurant week. Service was outstanding and setting really great. We had the broccoli starter and calamari starter followed by sirloin steak and mussels. All the food was expertly prepared and delicious. There was an option of normal fries or 'fancy' fries. We opted one of each but in hindsight would have preferred two plain fries. We opted to have a tasting plate for dessert which meant we could try everything on the dessert menu. Highly recommended! Creme Brulee was superb.

A group of 7 and lots of compliments and no complaints! The steak and "posh" chips are a real winner, as are the deserts

"Excellent lunch in restaurant week!"

We went with a group of friends to have lunch at 96 Winery Road.
The proposed menu was very interesting, and enough choice.
I loved the springbok carpaccio and the aged rumpsteak was delicious!
Value for money!!!

"Fine dine pub style"

We were a large group, 10 people, and the waiter took good care of us - he remembered everyones orders and what everyone was drinking.

We liked the variety of Starters, Mains and Desserts on offer for Restaurant week. Food was served promptly and the food was good.

We liked the variety of Starters, Mains and Desserts on offer for Restaurant week. Food was served promptly and the food was good.

Don't be fooled into thinking this is a fine-dining restaurant, it is definitely has more of a quality pub feel. Great variety of wines.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
