Such a pleasant surprise - we have never been to this restaurant and were really looking forward to our lunch there. The food was excellent, presentation was beautiful and the seasoning of every dish was done to perfection - well done to whoever the Chef's are :-)

The food and service was absolutely amazing! We had such a special night. I would recommend this dining experience to anyone. Thanks Central One bar and restaurant. Maybe just charge a little less for red bull.

Incredible evening! From a warm welcome by the manager and our super waitron, comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere, the scene was set for a great time. Of course the main attraction, the food, had a lot of hype around it and a lot to live up to... which it definitely did. The presentation of all three courses we had was beautiful, and the taste, mouth-watering! Compliments to the chef for the combination of flavours and food varieties on the plates. Really so impressed with Central One and went home feeling completely satisfied and elated with the nights experience.

Everything from the food, to the service and atmosphere was wonderful.
All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
I especially like the fact that we were not rushed and there was a nice break between main course and dessert.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

At most restaurants, you can make reservations for free and cancel them without any charge. You'll settle the bill when you dine at the restaurant. However, some restaurants may request a small deposit, and they will send a prepayment request via Dineplan to confirm your reservation.

2. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation for every reservation within a few minutes at the email address you provided. Haven't received anything? Please check your spam folder.

3. I follow a special diet. Can the restaurant accommodate that?

4. Are drinks included in the menu price?

If you have made a prepayment via Dineplan, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. The amount you paid in advance will be automatically refunded to your account. Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
