the service was excellent and the gardens are even better than Kirstenbosch
Very difficult to fault this restaurant.
Personalized service, souffle and springbok were exceptional.
We loved every minute of it!
Half star missed on ambience due to lack of dedicated background music. I heard something from the drinks area, but that wasn't the right fit for the dining.

The gardens make you feel like you are in a forest somewhere in a far away land and the attention to detail inside the restaurant and lounge is breathtakingly beautiful! The staff were all smiles and attended to our every need. The food was exactly what you would expect from this establishment, beautifully presented and mouth-wateringly delicious. The berry sorbet was the best I have ever had. It would be nice to see a little more risque menu next year!
Excellent service, great food, great wine list. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. Our food was outstanding!!! Great wine selection and an impressive list of wines by the glass too. Another bonus was the fact that their restaurant week menu consisted of items from their regular menu. We will definitely be back!!! Pick of restaurant week so far
Cheese soufflé starter cooked perfectly and both the fish and Springbok main courses generous portions with good flavour and nicely balanced with good accompaniments. Service excellent and setting very pleasant.
