"Excellent meal"

We loved our meal at Luce. Both the starter and the main course were excellent - well prepared and presented. The dessert was a bit disappointing - too many flavour combinations.

The staff were all attentive and the food arrived very quickly.

Service upon entry to upon leaving was very friendly. Service was very good. Would have rated excellent had it not been for the starter, mains and dessert being brought pretty quickly one after the next. Would have preferred to be asked if we were ready for the next course.
Food was delicious and well presented.

I don't think any other restaurant in Joburg can beat the view that Luce has at night over the northern suburbs. It creates a great ambiance for any dining experience or even drinks at the bar. "Lunch with a view"

The service was exceptional and we had a lovely lunch with a nice view. The 2 course lunch felt very limited with only one calamari and one vegetarian dish and no alternative dessert option. Both mains were however very nice, with the beetroot tagliatelle with truffle cream being my favorite. The dinner menu also looked delicious and I would definitely try that next restaurant week.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
