They are organized. They had my name listed correctly, so there were no issues in having to explain about the Restaurant Week booking.
The service was friendly, timely and professional.
The food was well prepared, presented and tasty. An excellent menu was created for Restaurant Week.
It was a little noisy, but I put it down to other patrons having a good time.

"Excellent evening at Luce"

10 of us, and we all were thoroughly impressed. Both starters, both mains as well as the beautifully plated dessert were all delicious. Service was impeccable. All in all a superb evening. Highly recommend Luce.

I went for Sunday lunch. The food was amazing. My only negative feedback is that theres on one item per starters or mains. I didnt eat Gorgonzola but the chef substituted it for butternut soup with butternut gnocchi and it was amazing. I was smile as this was one of my better selections, the main dish of Vodka chick...

Refunds through Dineplan should be resolved in communication with the restaurant, and we are not directly involved in this process.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.

During Restaurant Week South Africa, you can indulge in a fabulous 3-course dinner at over 140 of the finest restaurants in South Africa, starting at ZAR 295.00 per person. Restaurant Week South Africa is held twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
