The fine dining food was an absolute taste sensation, and each dish just got better and better. The restaurant setting was quite quirky which we took in our stride, with a high degree of personal attention.
Upon arrival , The parking lot is a short inclined walk to the Restaurant.

I have purchased the 5 - course dinner option during Restaurant week, It were 5 - courses, but we had around 8 plates that came throughout the evening.
Let me start by adding that I agree with the other reviewers on the homemade sourdough , the inside was dense and fresh! smelled great!, the crust was a little difficult on the palate as it were a little too hard.
Every dish was mind blowing with flavors.
Having covered the 3 big food groups : Seafood ; Game and Poultry, was a very nice experience, I must add that the chicken breast was a little dry, but had a powerful aroma to it(regarding a spice blend).
Having heard a customer say out loud " This is syrup over ice" for a dessert was really annoying having guests that are unappreciative for craftmanship that goes into pulling off a dish as such, Upon tasting the lemon sorbet, it was sharp, very powerful, I think a break in flavor would have been out of this world.
One dish had a black liquid, uncertain if this was squid ink or not, it was not very pleasant, but combined with the dish complimented each flavor as it all came together, but I did not finish it as it left a lingering aftertaste .
The lower rating on service is for the explanation of each dish, I understand that this is tiresome to have to explain to each customer, but having the owner lay the dish in front, rush through the name of the dish an not explain what was in it, lead me to eventually question a few dishes further through the night, which I think is the very key component to a customer appreciation & satisfaction is to know the origin, the method and plated set , not just the origin of the meat.
Would definitely visit again! keen to hear of the 10 course dinner.
