It was the first time of visiting Huate Cabriere, and I must say we were definitely not disappointed. Food was 1st class, with the wine pairing just adding that little something extra (to make the food exceptional). The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to assist. Ambiance and setting was great, and the fire kept the cold at bay.

Overall, a great evening, resulting in a superior dining experience. A definite must eat @ venue...

Waiters were personable without being familiar and knew the pairings well.

And of course the venue on a sunny winters afternoon is hard to beat.

We had a wonderful lunch in a picture perfect setting.

The food and wine pairing was indeed a five star experience.

The carefully selected wine complimented the food which was beautifully presented in fair portions. A feel good experience fitting for my wife's birthday!

the tasting menu is very nice and comes with nice wines. I myself like some meat and the game was nice but cooked in a way it was soft and could work with the stongest wine they have (which is not very strong).

Over all a very nice experience.
