Wonderful evening last night spent at OneNineOne, Hyatt Regency on Oxford road.

Food: Starter - Citrus smoked springbok with celery, carrot, cucumber, spiced orange compote and herb shoots.
Main - Biltong crusted chicken with pea puree, potato, cauliflower gratin, and rosemary jus.
Dessert - Taste of Strawberries*: strawberry panacotta, meringue and sorbet. This for me was the course of the evening! Delicious, beautifully presented and fun!

Ambiance: I love that everything is inspired by Jacarandas (one of my favourite alien trees in South Africa)! The interiors are plush, comfy and they have managed to incorporate booths with tables making the restaurant seem cozy.

*Recommendation: All in all, a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend their slow roast pork belly and taste of strawberries dessert!

The service was excellent, the setting nice, seating nicely spaced, service was definitely 5 star, such efficient and friendly staff. The food was amazing, beautiful presentation and well as tasting great.

8. Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance, or by phone up to 1 hour before your reservation time. However, we kindly request that you cancel as soon as you know you won't be able to make your reservation.
